Multi-Micro Research provides software and consulting for medical research, bioinformatics, and business customers. Our primary focus is modeling and optimizing for combination therapies, and our main business focus is constructing predictive models for our clients. Research and development areas include:

Multi-drug treatments

Determine the best therapy combination, drug dosage and treatment schedule for an individual patient, including gene chip data (if available).

Building predictive models

We specialize in SAS logistic regression models, decision trees, and neural net modeling.

Discovery of new drug combinations

Find the combination of drugs and dosages that is most beneficial (with tolerable side effects) for the greatest percentage of patients.

Iterative experimentation

Take advantage of data from initial experiments to build predictive models that suggest promising areas for the next round of experiments. The goal is increased experimental efficiency measured in reduced costs, faster results, and fewer required tests to be run on subjects.

Predictive models for proteomics

Build gene chip models that combine multiple indicators to improve accuracy for predicting outcomes and side effects.

Financial modeling

Develop models for cross-sell, attrition, and customer segmentation for banks, insurance companies and other commercial enterprises.
